Buko Pandan Salad Recipe
Buko Pandan is a popular Filipino dessert often called a tropical "salad" for its creamy, chilled mixture. Its main flavor comes from pandan, an aromatic leaf that tastes like a subtle mix of vanilla, coconut, and grass. The dessert combines these pandan-flavored gelatin cubes with soft, shredded young coconut (buko). Everything is coated in a rich, sweet sauce made from cream and condensed milk, offering a refreshing and uniquely textured treat perfect for any celebration.
