- 1 pack coffee-flavored gulaman
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
In a pot, mix the coffee-flavored gulaman powder with water according to package instructions.
Add the instant coffee powder and sugar, then stir well until fully dissolved.
Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
Once it boils, pour the mixture into a moulding pan and let it set at room temperature until firm.
When the jelly has set, cut it into cubes or any fun shapes you like.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and coffee jelly cubes. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Chill the mixture for at least 3 to 4 hours or until cold.
Serve cold. You can also add ice if you want to enjoy it right away.
Use strong coffee if you want a more intense flavor.
For extra creaminess, add a bit more condensed milk or cream depending on your taste.
Make sure the jelly is fully chilled before mixing to keep the texture firm.
