Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bangus milkfish, cleaned, deboned, and butterflied
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix vinegar, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the bangus and coat it well with the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly brush both sides of the bangus with cooking oil.
  • Place the bangus skin side down in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove carefully and serve hot with garlic rice, fried egg, and vinegar dip.
